The Macattack Foundation Website is currently in its beta phase, which means that there may be several undiscovered ‘bugs’ so we can’t guarantee the full functionality of the Website all the time. We would like to enthusiastically thank you for being a part of Macattack Foundation beta testing process, and encourage you to send any feedback (good or bad) to info@MacattackFoundation.co.za
In compliance with section 49 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, please pay specific attention to the BOLD paragraphs of the Macattack Foundation. These paragraphs limit the risk or liability of Macattack Foundation, constitutes an assumption of risk or liability by you, impose an obligation by you to indemnify Macattack Foundation or is an acknowledgement of any fact by you.
